General

  • A Customer Relationship Management system is best used to help the organisation's sales team for their direct interactions with each known customer. However, if a customer is ‘unknown’ where you have their data but it is not supported or ingested by your CRM, it cannot identify or engage with them. A CRM commonly does not ingest and store real-time customer data and the data ingested by CRMs is not built for a Single Customer View process, so records are not cleansed, deduplicated and normalised.
     

    Our platform which is a fan data platform can identify customers from multiple data sources (website, apps, offline, marketing data, etc.) and, importantly, unify all that data through a process of cleansing and deduplication to create a Single Customer View across your entire ecosystem. The advantages our platform holds over CRM applications include scale, profile unification, segmentation, behavioural analytics and a direct connection to your marketing channels.

Onboarding

As part of the onboarding process, we would be providing you with product workshops and hands-on experience to enable a self-sufficient user-experience. We also provide continual support with case studies, use cases and documentation to best use the platform so that you can provide a seamless experience to your fans.

  • Based on the number of data sources and the systems they exist in, we will be able to  implement our platform in six to ten weeks from the initial data exchange. During this process, we will be able to assist you with any ad-hoc requirements for analysis and engagement.
